Summary
The Marketing Coordinator maintains and coordinates all event operations including but not limited to promotions, special events, entertainment, bus groups and players parties.
Essential Functions
Assists Marketing Director in coordinating entertainment, special events, fairs and community projects.
Creates and maintains cost analysis for each event.
Prepares purchase orders for marketing projects and events based on budget.
Helps develop and coordinate direct mail and newsletter pieces.
Helps develop and coordinate promotions, contests and giveaways.
Helps create player development packages.
Resolves customer complaints and questions regarding promotions, events, etc.
Coordinates events with Resort Club and other departments.
Assists Marketing Director in maintaining property collateral (signage, information packages, etc.)
Coordinates set up and tear down of events and promotional areas under the direction of the Marketing Director.
Ensures proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards are followed.
Attends all company required training.
Complies with all Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations and any other local, state, or federal guidelines.
Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license.
Adheres to all safety guidelines.
Meets company attendance requirements.
May be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Required
Must hold a valid gaming license in accordance with the Gaming Commission regulations or be able to obtain a gaming license.
Must complete all company-required training within designated time frames.
Must obtain direct deposit within one week of start date.
Schedule Varies
Salary $19.50 per hour including premium pay PLUS profit sharing
