About us
Share Local Media, or SLM, is a rapidly growing startup reimagining the world of offline marketing for tech and e-commerce companies. We started as e-commerce marketers ourselves, and launched SLM with a goal of transforming offline marketing channels, starting with direct mail and now OOH, by turning them into high performing, scalable channels for a digitally native client set. To do so, we’ve taken an inputs based-approach to the space, and re-engineered the channels from the ground up to make it easier to test, faster to execute, more measurable, and ultimately, more effective for e-commerce and tech clients of all types.

We’re a full-service direct mail & OOH agency, media program operator, and technology platform, serving some of your favorite e-commerce and tech brands (think Casper, Away, Grubhub, etc.). We live and breathe direct response marketing, and strive to delight clients with high performing campaigns built around fast, data-driven client service, and premium, unique branding.

The Role We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially-minded Senior Manager to lead our new Out of Home offering. This role will own the P&L for the business line as well as the full client portfolio and report to the VP.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong competencies across analytical, communication, strategic, operational, commercial and team leadership elements. As the team lead you’ll play a major part in thinking strategically about areas of future growth, laying a stronger, more scalable operational foundation for the product, all while managing new and existing client relationships. A key goal of this role is building high performing out of home campaigns, scaling the business, managing the full P&L, and serving as a guide, mentor, and leader within the company. You will work with all Share Local Media teams and be an integral part of our mission to make marketing easier for tech and e-commerce brands everywhere.

Key Responsibilities
Lead tactical and strategic planning on the OOH program for our client portfolio
Execute large-scale OOH campaigns from start to finish, including media buying and measurement execution
Build and manage vendor relationships with external OOH publishers, specialists, and other suppliers in the space
Produce a wide-range of strategic proposals to convert new and existing clients, utilizing data analysis to fuel recommendations
Manage client relationships, and foster growth and satisfaction by ensuring campaign information and deliverables are delivered in a timely and satisfactory manner
Evaluate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to grow client OOH program, client relationships, and initiatives to drive overall business growth
Autonomously own projects related to revenue growth and cost optimization for the business line
Working with VP to develop and maintain budget forecasts, as well as organized P&L tracking
Qualifications
7+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 in the Out of Home industry
Passion for marketing and relationship management
Strong sense of urgency and great time management skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)
Very comfortable with analytics and taking a data-driven approach to marketing
Self-starter and problem solver with a get it done attitude
Ability to work independently and manage relationships in a constantly changing startup environment
Ability to hire, onboard, train and develop a team with strong sense of leadership
Comfortable presenting in front of large groups and representing our company in client meetings with VPs and high-level executives
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
What we offer
Base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $128,000 and is based upon experience and other factors.
