Job Summary Our team is seeking a motivated F&B Attendant who is committed to providing exceptional customer service to our guests. As an F&B Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing coffee and other beverages in accordance with our prescribed recipes and techniques, such as espresso, café latte, and cappuccino. You'll also assist the F&B team in providing quick, light bites throughout the day, including salads, sandwiches, and snacks. The ideal candidate should have a keen attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a friendly disposition. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting preferred Must have excellent customer service skills and be responsive, proactive, and highly adaptable Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays required Responsibilities Prepare coffee drinks and other beverages in accordance with prescribed recipes and preparation techniques Assist the F&B team in providing quick, light bites throughout the day Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, bar, and dining areas Prepare assembly of food items Follow all food safety procedures Handle cash and credit card transactions quickly and accurately Maintain knowledge of menu items and provide recommendations to guests Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed About News & Gourmet News & Gourmet is a part gallery, part café that offers artisanal coffee, freshly‑baked pastries, and a selection of salads, sandwiches, and snacks to enjoy throughout the day.
