What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create strong partnerships with Integrated Marketers, Media, International Marketers, Product Marketing Managers, and external agencies.
- Drive the development and optimization of performance assets for integrated campaigns and evergreen digital advertising.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for external agency partners and manage internal stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate the team to ensure successful communication and delivery of various performance marketing launches.
- Manage workflow for projects, including program/production budgets and the development of high-quality assets.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a demonstrably equivalent role.
- Direct response marketing (DRM) experience.
- Strong data literacy and operational skills.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and organizational design.
- Proven experience in creative planning, production, and delivery across major creative channels.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 10+ years of client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house.
- Experience with additional creative channels, including large-scale integrated campaigns and experiential workstreams.
- Familiarity with working in a large, global tech company.
- Background as a cross-functional manager in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment.
