We’re looking for a high-energy, outgoing Marketing Coordinator to help grow our Rumble Boxing studio through social media content, local partnerships, community outreach, and in‑studio activations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves people, content creation, and fast‑paced environments.
WHAT YOU’LL DO Social Media & Content
Capture and edit photo/video content of workouts, trainers, members, and events
Post regularly on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Build monthly content calendars aligned with studio goals
Engage with our audience (DMs, comments, tags)
Share member stories, community features, themed classes, and special events
Lead Generation & Promotions
Promote intro offers, events, membership plans, and seasonal campaigns
Write simple SMS/email messages to nurture and convert prospects
Track weekly results and share insights
Build follow‑up lead lists from events and partnerships
Community Outreach & Events
Represent the studio at local events, markets, and partner locations
Distribute flyers, trial cards, QR codes, and promo materials
Coordinate pop‑up activations or demo workouts
Capture event content for social use
Comfortably talk to strangers and confidently pitch the studio and offers
Partnerships
Identify and contact local businesses (fitness, wellness, retail, cafés, salons, coworking, etc.)
Coordinate cross‑promotions, giveaways, vendor booths, and themed events
Manage partnership follow‑ups and create simple co‑branded materials
Support mutual offers such as free classes, member deals, and corporate perks
Examples: cold plunge event with Reset, corporate “box‑and‑burn” sessions, guest pass exchanges
Studio Experience Support
Capture in‑studio content (trainer spotlights, first‑time members, themed classes)
Organize flyers, signage, A‑frames, and promo cards
Support promotions, challenges, referral programs, and themed nights
Collaborate with trainers to spotlight their classes and personalities
YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU ARE…
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
Strong with IG Reels/TikTok and short‑form content
Organized, reliable, proactive, and creative
Excited about fitness, wellness, and community
Metrics‑minded and results‑focused
Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends for events
QUALIFICATIONS Required:
1–3 years in marketing, brand ambassador, sales, or content creation
Experience with Instagram/TikTok, Canva, or similar tools
Ability to capture/edit short‑form video content
Confident speaking with people and representing a brand
Willing to attend events and capture content during peak hours
Bonus:
Experience in fitness or boutique studios
Photography/videography skills
CRM or SMS tool experience
Basic knowledge of paid social ads
COMPENSATION & PERKS
Hourly pay (based on experience)
