Performance Marketing Manager

Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across search, social, display, and emerging channels. Drive measurable demand, optimize spend, and ensure campaigns meet acquisition, engagement, and ROI goals.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
Optimize targeting, bidding, and creative performance to maximize ROI.
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting with accountability for acquisition and revenue goals.
Monitor campaign performance, delivering regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve ad copy, creative, landing pages, and targeting.
Leverage conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools to improve efficiency and scale.
Work with the Automation Manager to align paid campaigns with nurture flows.
Partner with Content and Design teams to develop compelling ad creative and landing pages.
Collaborate with Data & Strategy to refine audience segmentation and customer journey optimization.
Stay on top of digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies.
Identify and test new acquisition channels to expand marketing mix.
Champion a culture of experimentation and performance-driven decision making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of digital marketing experience focused on paid search, social, and performance media.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and major platforms.
Strong analytical skills and hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, GA4, and attribution tools.
Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
Proven track record of managing budgets, forecasting, and driving measurable ROI.
Collaborative mindset with experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and marketing automation platforms.
Experience in education, workforce development, or multi‑brand organizations.
Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to tell a story with data.
