Salary Range: 55k to 65k What’s the Role? We’re seeking a solutions-driven

Marketing Account Manager

to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our loan officer audience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and outstanding organizational ability.

As Marketing Manager you will:

Partner directly with Loan Officers (LOs) and their teams to identify strategic marketing opportunities that support business growth.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing needs within your assigned territory, managing requests for custom collateral such as postcards, flyers, digital and print ads, and listing sheets.

Act as the key liaison between LOs and the Creative Team, ensuring deliverables align with expectations and providing consistent updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct proactive outreach to LOs to identify emerging trends, marketing opportunities, and unique local needs.

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, trusted relationships with your assigned LOs.

Effectively manage projects and timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule, anticipating dependencies and capturing next steps during meetings.

Communicate clearly and professionally—both in writing and verbally—to ensure accuracy and alignment across all teams.

Champion the adoption and utilization of the company’s CRM and Marketing Platforms, including onboarding new LOs and sharing best practices to maximize engagement and results.

Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table:

A bachelor’s degree with 2-5 year’s applicable experience with marketing and customer service.

You are an extraordinary communicator – both written and verbal – with unsurpassed listening skills.

Heavy project management and organizational skills.

Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Adobe Suite/Canva experience is also preferred.

You bring a positive attitude, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for being part of a dynamic, growing marketing team.

Mortgage/real estate experience is a plus but not required.
