Position Summary Senior Manager, Product Marketing of Samsung Health will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Samsung’s Health app & services. The Health app covers activity, fitness, sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, and heart health. This role focuses on positioning, digital campaigns, co‑marketing partnerships, and data‑driven marketing initiatives to establish Samsung Health as a leading digital health and wellness platform.

Role and Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase visibility, adoption, and continued engagement of Samsung Health initiatives.

Lead multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, influencer, PR, in‑app) from core paid, owned, earned, and in‑app channels to drive user growth.

Collaborate with functional teams and product categories to contribute to integrated marketing efforts within the MX business.

Lead agency partnerships to deliver best‑in‑class creative and flawless execution across multi‑channel marketing.

User Acquisition & Engagement

Develop acquisition strategies with product managers across paid and organic channels (ASO, paid media, PR, event, influencer).

Optimize CRM, push notifications, and email marketing to enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Leverage growth‑marketing tactics such as referral programs, EPP, and community engagement.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Define and track key KPIs with product managers and marketing (CTR/CTA, conversion rates, churn, etc.).

Measure and understand campaign effectiveness.

Create market and user insights to optimize strategies.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with cross‑functional teams, subsidiaries (US R&D, Health B2B), sales/account teams, and Korea sales team to align marketing with product development.

Collaborate with PR, social media, and content teams to amplify Samsung’s health initiatives against competitors.

Partnership and Ecosystem Marketing

Collaborate with Samsung’s multiple product categories to develop integrated marketing strategies.

Develop co‑marketing initiatives with health and fitness partners, accessories manufacturers, and service providers.

Collaborate with healthcare institutions and corporate wellness programs to expand platform reach.

Skills and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, digital marketing, or related fields.

8+ years of experience in marketing, app marketing, and performance marketing in consumer services.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Creativity and storytelling ability.

Negotiation and influencing skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to navigate a fast‑paced, global organization and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related fields.

10+ years of experience in marketing, app marketing, and performance marketing.

Experience in health tech, fitness, wellness, or consumer mobile apps.
