Senior Manager, Product Marketing – Samsung Health

Position Summary The Senior Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Samsung Health. The focus is on positioning, digital campaigns, co‑marketing partnerships, and data‑driven initiatives to establish Samsung Health as a leading digital health platform.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for visibility and engagement.
Lead multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, influencer, PR, in‑app).
Collaborate with product managers to build acquisition tactics via paid media, ASO, PR, and events.
Optimize CRM, push, and email marketing to boost acquisition and retention.
Leverage growth tactics such as referral programs and community engagement.
Define and track key KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and generate insights.
Work cross‑functionally with R&D, sales, PR, and content teams to align marketing with product strategy.
Build and manage co‑marketing initiatives with health and fitness partners and institutions.
Skills & Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in marketing, app marketing, and performance marketing in a consumer services environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strategic thinking, problem‑solving, creativity, and storytelling abilities.
Negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to navigate a fast‑paced, global organization and collaborate cross‑functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
10+ years of experience in marketing, app marketing, and performance marketing.
Experience in health tech, fitness, wellness, or consumer mobile apps.
