About the Role This position is critical to ensuring smooth, predictable game launches by owning the entire release lifecycle—from build finalization to first‑party submission. What You’ll Be Doing

Own the end‑to‑end release process for all game titles and platforms

Facilitate go/no‑go decisions for first‑party submissions and releases

Develop and maintain standardized release workflows and documentation

Coordinate with Production, QA, Marketing, Engineering, and platform partners for submissions

Manage age rating processes with official bodies (ESRB, PEGI, etc.)

Track certification requirements and deadlines for compliance

Communicate release status and risks to stakeholders

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Assist with public‑facing releases, including betas

What You Need

5+ years of experience in Release Management or similar role

Experience shipping multi‑platform games through full development cycles

Familiarity with submission processes for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and PC (Mobile/Mac a plus)

Strong understanding of game development cycles and certification workflows

Proven ability to manage complex, high‑volume release schedules

Excellent organizational and communication skills
