Role Description
We are seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager for a hybrid role based in Houston, TX. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and management of social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement for our clients. Key responsibilities include creating and managing content, optimizing social media channels, monitoring analytics, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align campaigns with broader branding and marketing goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Expertise in Content Strategy and Writing for diverse audiences
Experience using social media analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategies
Ability to stay updated with current social media trends and platform updates
Creative mindset and strong attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5-7 years of experience in a similar role in the advertising or marketing industry, preferably with an agency.
