Responsibilities

Strategize, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns based on audience needs within specific market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business.

Work closely with product marketing managers to develop marketing plans, and collaborate with digital team members to execute associated tactics that maximize awareness, lead generation, and ROI.

Recommend and assist with creative development for campaigns, including graphic creation as needed.

Monitor and measure marketing results of tactics, develop reports and presentations that communicate effectiveness to key stakeholders and executives.

Utilize the marketing technology stack (Asana, HubSpot, Canva, Salesforce, and other systems) for planning, execution, and measurement of results.

Develop copy for marketing assets such as eBooks, landing pages, and social media posts, ensuring brand standards and engaging content.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to promote trade shows and events, writing and proofreading marketing copy, coordinating with designers and third‑party providers.

Qualifications

Passion for Azenta’s mission of empowering scientists and contributing to life‑saving work.

Strong storytelling and communication skills, able to translate technical details into value‑driven narratives.

Experimental mindset with a love for testing, learning, and optimizing.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Science.

2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing within the life sciences sector.

Solid design skills and familiarity with Illustrator, Canva, HubSpot, etc.

Strong collaboration, process‑oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.

Excellent time management and prioritization, able to balance a full workload.

Experience working with Inside Sales and Field Sales teams is a plus.

5–10% travel required.

Compensation United States base compensation: $86,000.00–$107,000.00 (final compensation may vary based on experience, education, qualifications, performance, and location).
