DICE is partnering with a technology and services provider focused on simplifying operations and eliminating manual work. We’re looking for a Sr. Marketing and Communications Manager to champion adoption and guide the organization through its transformation journey. We are looking for a contract resource interested in a long term opportunity with the mindset of becoming a full time employee.

7-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with strong experiential marketing and proven project/product management skills in a large corporate environment.

Ability to be both hands‑on in producing content and events and effective in leading a team of creatives.

Background in marketing and communications, GTM strategy development, and activation campaign planning/execution.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong active listening, critical thinking, and relationship‑building abilities.

High learning agility and the ability to quickly absorb new concepts in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to translate product marketing and go‑to‑market expertise into internal transformation and change activation strategies. This role is about driving adoption with the customer.

Experience in financial services is a plus.

Bring strong communication skills and be able to interface with the FinTech customer.

Strong communication skills and some experience leading marketing projects and mentoring others.

Be on site 2‑3 times per month for key meetings and rapport building.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications Management

Craft compelling stories and narratives that inform, inspire, and motivate employees.

Draft, edit, and deliver a wide range of internal communication materials, including articles, executive messages, and digital content.

Serve as editor‑in‑chief for content and event pipelines.

Optimize content production and approval workflows to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Experiential Marketing & Event Design

Design, plan, and execute diverse internal events—from town halls and symposiums to immersive learning experiences.

Campaign & Project Management

Lead coordination and execution of internal marketing campaigns and delivery projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand pain points, change impacts, and communication needs.

Segment employee audiences by role, function, and motivation to tailor engagement strategies.

Develop engagement, enablement, and GTM strategies that support transformation objectives.

Identify and document meaningful “moments that matter” throughout the employee change journey.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure messaging alignment and consistency across the organization. Bring your leadership style and confidence to the table as you will be the adoption evangelist.

Monitoring & Measurement

Track engagement and sentiment to surface opportunities and proactively address challenges related to change initiatives.

Facilitate feedback loops and gather insights to refine communication and engagement strategies.

Take a data‑driven approach to monitoring transformation progress and adjusting plans based on insights.
