Community Manager

A leading Multifamily Property Management firm seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee a large new construction apartment community in Arlington Heights, IL. This strategic leadership role will manage operations, leasing, resident relations, team management, maintenance coordination, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day property operations and ensure a high-quality resident experience

Supervise and develop an onsite team across leasing, maintenance, and administration

Manage budgets, reporting, and revenue strategies to optimize NOI

Partner with ownership on financial and operational initiatives

Oversee vendor relations, maintenance schedules, and compliance

Qualifications

5+ years of luxury multifamily property management experience; large new construction or institutional experience preferred

Proven success with lease‑ups, financial oversight, and team leadership

Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree or industry certification (CAM/CPM/ARM) preferred
