Senior Designer/Project Architect – Los Angeles, CA
Lovers Unite is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Designer/Project Architect with 6+ years of experience to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will work in collaboration with the Partners and project team to design, coordinate and document high‑end residential and hospitality projects through all phases of design. Candidates must exhibit strong design, organization, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Architecture or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience in high‑end residential and hospitality design.
Experience managing projects and producing documentation for all project phases from Feasibility and Concept Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration phases.
Experience producing permit sets and coordinating with project team consultants.
Experience and familiarity with building codes, construction types, systems, assemblies, and detailing.
Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
Rendering/visualization software proficiency a plus including SketchUp & Enscape.
Self‑motivated with a strong desire to be involved in all aspects of a project.
Strong team collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Licensure is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work in‑person, full‑time, five days per week.
