Position Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of the Graphic Artist and Prepress Technicians teams, providing guidance and feedback for optimal performance
Review and critique design work to ensure compliance with quality standards and alignment with brand guidelines
Develop and implement engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and boost employee morale
Develop and manage production schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion
Maintain accurate inventory records, process purchase orders and analyze trends for efficient decision‑making
Monitor team performance through KPIs, prepare reports for management, and conduct performance appraisals of direct reports
Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Graphic Design/Illustration, or related field with 3+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of supervisory experience, OR High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6+ years of specific experience and 1–2+ years of supervisory experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including detailed skill with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access, and working knowledge of Project and Visio.
General knowledge of markup languages (HTML, XML, MathML) and the production dependencies of using these content description formats.
Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s Degree
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, focused knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
