**What You'll Do:**

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
• Support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by following post orders and client-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related events as required by Allied Universal and the client.
• Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and/or law enforcement as necessary to address incidents and maintain order at the location.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
