**What You'll Do:**

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of activities, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors, addressing questions and/or concerns related to security-related matters.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and local management to address security-related needs unique to a technology and media environment.
• Follow established procedures for access control, visitor management, and/or emergency response protocols as required at the location.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
