AECOM Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Architecture Designer in Cleveland, OH.
Job details
Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects, working closely with architects, planners, and engineers.
Develop conceptual drawings for site development, ecological restoration, and transportation corridor projects across various scales.
Use technical software such as MicroStation and AutoCAD for designing and preparing drawings at various levels, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
Utilize various graphic software for landscape representation and prepare exhibits planning and organizing multiple projects and work with other multi-disciplinary team members.
Up to 5% domestic travel required.
Local telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
Qualifications Candidates must have a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture Engineering, or a related field of study.
Alternatively, employer would also accept a Bachelor's degree in an accepted field and 2 years of in job offered or related occupation.
Employer will accept experience and skills gained in pursuit of university-level degree via coursework, projects, or internships. Skills may be gained concurrently. Experience in the following:
Completion of at least one landscape architecture design project, including the use of technical drawing software, planning and mapping software, 3D modeling software, and graphic design software
Completion of Site Analysis and Design Development
Conceptual and Schematic Design Creation
Landscape Representation and Visualization
Graphic Design and Visual Communication
Research and Exhibit Preparation
Student Mentoring and Assignment Support
Technical Drawing and Drafting
Project Coordination and Collaboration
Sustainable Design Practices
Planting Design and Ecological Restoration
AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, MicroStation, and Civil 3D
ArcGIS Pro
SketchUp and Enscape
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Procreate, Figma, and Sketch
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for construction project management
