Position Summary We are seeking a

highly motivated Advanced Analytics Manager

to join the

Commercial Analytics & Insights

team supporting one of

Client’s

U.S. business units. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Business Technology teams to generate data-driven insights that influence brand strategy, optimize promotional investments, and support field execution. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and comfortable working with large healthcare datasets, with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct deep-dive performance analyses using medical & pharmacy claims, CRM activity, promotional data, and internal/external datasets.

Generate insights on HCP behavior, patient access dynamics, and channel performance to inform marketing and sales strategy.

Support evaluation of digital, field, and non-personal promotional tactics including ROI analysis, impact measurement, and attribution.

Assist with predictive modeling initiatives such as HCP targeting, call optimization, and DEP (Dynamic Engagement Plan) assessments.

Translate analytical output into clear, concise, and actionable presentations for senior leadership.

Support quarterly and monthly business reviews (QBRs, MBRs), brand planning, and field strategy meetings.

Measure field force effectiveness, sample strategy execution, targeting list performance, and other key commercial activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field .

5+ years

of analytics experience preferably in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or a commercial data-driven environment.

Background in

marketing measurement, MMM, A/B testing, HCP segmentation, or dynamic targeting .

Experience working with large datasets and proficiency in

Python, R, SQL, or advanced Excel .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and explore ambiguous business questions.

Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical partners.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with

IQVIA, Symphony, or other healthcare datasets

required.
