The Opportunity The CSC Technical Consultant is responsible for converting business requirements into scalable and technically sound solution builds across Adobe's Content Supply Chain technology stack. In this role you will work closely with the CSC Business Consultant but focus on solution design, configuration, integrations, and data structure. You will be the technical expert across Workfront, Fusion, AEM Assets and connected CSC tools inside and outside the Adobe tech stack—and ensure the implementation aligns with established guidelines. You will take charge of implementing stable, scalable solutions that meet business requirements, accelerate customer adoption, and ensure value realization. Success means customers are self‑sufficient post‑go‑live, timelines and achievements are consistently reached, and documentation is detailed and supports all collaborators.

What You’ll Do

Translate business requirements into technical specifications, architecture, and solution documentation

Use AI‑powered technologies to optimize code quality and development lifecycles

Configure Workfront, AEM Assets, and other CSC platform components

Work with integrations (Fusion or APIs) to connect systems across the content lifecycle

Implement defined taxonomy, metadata, and folder structure

Build and test configurations, prototypes, and workflows

Support customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles

Participate and collaborate in Architecture Review Boards to ensure proper code quality and scalability

Partner with customer IT teams on authentication, access, SSO, and data security

Solve and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system performance

Support Sales organization during business development cycles, scoping activities, and through thought leadership

Collaborate with Business Consultant to ensure solutions align with business requirements and defined processes

Guide customers on platform standard methodologies, scalability, and governance

Provide knowledge transfer and solution documentation after launch

What You’ll Need to Succeed

8+ years technical implementation experience in SaaS platforms

4+ years’ experience with Workfront, AEM Assets, Frame.io, or similar enterprise platforms

Experience implementing solutions for enterprise systems of record (e.g., ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, etc.)

Experience working with 3rd party software integrations (e.g., Fusion, Shopify, Box.com, Widen, Jira, Salesforce, etc.)

Proficient with APIs, integrations, Fusion, JSON structures, and system‑to‑system data flows

Proficient with Dell Boomi or equivalent Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) provider is desired

Foundational mastery of scripting and/or software code languages (e.g., Java, PHP, Python; JavaScript, HTML, and CSS)

Intermediate experience with relational databases and SQL

Ability to design and articulate technical architecture to both technical and non‑technical audiences

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $134,400 –– $245,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short‑term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non‑sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short‑term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
