Staff Product Marketing Engineer
to lead strategic marketing efforts, drive roadmap alignment, and ensure successful execution of product launches. This role is pivotal in strengthening competitive positioning, enabling go-to‑market strategies, and accelerating revenue growth for this high‑potential portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute product marketing strategies for ForgeFPGA to capture market share in the low‑density FPGA segment and align the product roadmap with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
Go‑to‑Market Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive launch plans for new products and features, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, sales, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
Market Analysis & Positioning:
Conduct competitive analysis and identify differentiation opportunities, crafting compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers.
Sales Enablement:
Create sales tools, training materials, and collateral to support global sales teams, and drive adoption of marketing strategies across regional teams.
Performance & Growth:
Monitor KPIs and market feedback to optimize strategies, accelerate revenue growth, and identify new opportunities for expansion within the low‑density FPGA market.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
8+ years in product marketing or related roles within the semiconductor or FPGA industry, with a proven track record of leading strategic marketing initiatives and successful product launches.
Skills:
Strong understanding of FPGA technology and market dynamics; exceptional communication, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills; ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions.
Legal:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Renesas is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Additional Information The expected annual pay range for this position is $160K‑$199K, with eligibility for bonus opportunities. Final offer amount will depend on geographic location, applicable experience, and skill set of the candidate.
