Pay Range:

$95 - 110/ hour

Shift Time:

8 AM–5 PM (MON-FRI)

About the Role As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the product marketing strategy, providing market insights and driving decisions that shape the launch and growth of our products and features. You will collaborate across teams to educate stakeholders, run impactful campaigns, and develop scalable marketing initiatives that drive engagement and adoption. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a passion for understanding consumer behavior and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on products/features, providing input on development, market analysis, and industry trends.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning plans, and messaging for new products and features.

Drive marketing plan meetings with regional/functional teams to prioritize goals and define target audience engagement strategies.

Create and manage marketing content frameworks across channels, ensuring alignment with product strategy and brand voice.

Validate market size and opportunities (e.g., active users, revenue, growth) and collaborate on hypotheses and visions for new ventures.

Conduct and leverage user insights to inform product development and marketing strategies, advocating for user experience improvements.

Manage brand positioning, value propositions, and storytelling across communications and campaigns.

Independently create and iterate marketing content, collaborating with production teams for final publishing.

Scope and guide user research with internal and external partners to inform strategies.

Plan, execute, and optimize medium to large-scale campaigns, analyzing performance and integrating channels to meet objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven expertise in product positioning, brand management, and go-to-market strategies.

Strong data analysis and synthesis skills to drive insights and decisions.

Deep understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends.

Experience in campaign management, marketing briefs, and client/partner advising.

Excellent storytelling and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams with situational leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in technology or product-based industries.

Familiarity with digital marketing channels and analytics tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Pay Details:

$95.00 to $110.00 per hour
