As a Marketing Analyst, you research and analyze market and industry trends and support the development and execution of marketing strategies or business case development. You gather information relevant to our business, break down the information, make comparisons between similar and dissimilar options, and identify the option that is most desirable for achieving the objectives. You articulate conflicts between the goals and objectives of the stakeholders by understanding the nature of the problem and underlying assumptions and have the foresight to anticipate future business issues or concerns. You collaborate across teams, partnering with stakeholders to define strategies and success metrics. As a subject‑matter expert in marketing and data analytics, you exhibit comprehensive knowledge of principles and best‑in‑class practices to address issues or evaluate impact on the organization. You hold yourself and team accountable for DEI development and outcomes, track progress through measurable results, and engage in learning and reflection. You foster a climate where everyone in the organization feels they belong through encouraging inclusive decision making, building psychological safety in the team, facilitating inclusive meetings, etc.
Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive strategy that solves complex business challenges and addresses the needs of stakeholders across various functions, to drive incremental growth as a key contributor. Suggest a clear picture of what it means to drive incremental growth and ensure alignment with that picture.
Drive the development of company‑wide opportunities such as evaluating new market and product opportunities to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
Drive responses to ad‑hoc data and research requests, answering questions, and providing technical support and analysis to senior leaders.
Drive data‑oriented analysis, architect metrics, synthesize information, solve problems, and influence business decision‑making through insights and market trends.
Exercise sound judgment & take swift action to uphold our Core Values & Code of Conduct. Champion and create psychological safety on the team for multiple perspectives to thrive, being sensitive to cultural norms, expectations, and ways of communicating. Actively mitigate one’s own biases and flex style to accommodate others while helping others to learn about new identities and cultures to expand their viewpoints and relationships.

Pay Details $72.79 to $83.00 per hour
