ROCHE BOBOIS , World Leader in the high‑end furniture industry with 260+ showrooms in more than 60 countries, is looking for a full‑time Sales and Interior Design Consultant in San Francisco. The brand works closely with renowned designers, architects and fashion houses such as Ora Ito, Marcel Wanders, Jean Paul Gaultier, Kenzo Takada and Missoni Home. Roche Bobois offers one of the largest ranges of products in the high‑end furniture market, combining cutting‑edge technology and materials with fine craftsmanship from small European workshops. Main responsibilities

As a Sales & Interior Design consultant you will be responsible for understanding clients’ needs and offering the best service while maximizing sales. Under the supervision of the store manager you will act as the brand ambassador from greeting and presenting Roche Bobois collections to closing orders. Welcome and greet customers. Learn the Roche Bobois collections and present them to clients. Apply Roche Bobois policies and have all key information needed to sell (quick‑ship stock references, samples, pricing, etc.). Use 3D software tools for projects. Follow up with leads professionally. Attend house calls when required. Meet personal monthly sales goals. Factory Purchases Follow‑Up

Place purchase orders to our factories and manage their follow‑up. Provide updates to clients as needed. Customer Service

Coordinate with the customer‑service department to resolve potential issues with customers. Remain service‑oriented and follow up with clients regarding their service requests. Update store tagging (prices, special promotions). Maintain marketing store tools when needed. Assist with showroom setting preparation under store‑manager supervision. Report any required store improvements to the manager and assist in resolving them. Required Skills and Personal Attributes

At least 2 years of retail sales experience in the furniture industry. Strong relationship‑building skills. Ability to reach monthly sales goals. Exceptional organization and time‑management skills; attention to detail. High‑end attitude and presentation; confident, passionate, proactive, creative, team player, quick learner. Passion for connecting with others. Knowledge of 20/20 or 3D design software a plus. Interest in the design furniture and art industry. Eligibility to work in the U.S. Interior design degree or certificate a plus.
