Principal Product Designer Location:
REMOTE (Preference for candidates in Bellevue, Washington or Denver, Colorado for potential FTE conversion)
Duration:
12 months with the possibility of extension/conversion
What's the Job?
Define and drive the UX strategy and design roadmap for key digital commerce experiences.
Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align design direction with customer and business goals.
Lead end-to-end design for complex, multi-platform experiences, including creating high-fidelity prototypes, journey maps, and interaction models.
Mentor and guide designers, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing experiences.
Identify opportunities for innovation, simplification, and scalable design systems that enhance usability and conversion.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 10 years of experience in user experience, digital strategy, or related fields.
Deep expertise in UX and UI design for web and mobile products.
Strong command of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead complex projects.
