Our client is seeking a Principal Product Designer to join their team. As a Principal Product Designer, you will be part of the Digital Experience Department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for creating user‑centered designs that drive engagement and conversion, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Principal Product Designer Location: REMOTE (Preference for candidates in Bellevue, Washington or Denver, Colorado for potential FTE conversion) Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension/conversion What's the Job?

Define and drive the UX strategy and design roadmap for key digital commerce experiences.

Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align design direction with customer and business goals.

Lead end‑to‑end design for complex, multi‑platform experiences, including creating high‑fidelity prototypes, journey maps, and interaction models.

Mentor and guide designers, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver cohesive, high‑performing experiences.

Identify opportunities for innovation, simplification, and scalable design systems that enhance usability and conversion.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 10 years of experience in user experience, digital strategy, or related fields.

Deep expertise in UX and UI design for web and mobile products.

Strong command of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead complex projects.
