The Opportunity Duw Media is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and creatively minded Content & Client Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing or content career who loves social media, has a sharp eye for visuals, and wants real, hands‑on experience inside a boutique agency.
You’ll support both smaller client accounts and the day‑to‑day operational needs of larger accounts. This includes assisting with content scheduling, content creation, basic editing, client communication prep, shoot support, trend research, and maintaining client systems. The Details
Part-Time Role: 20–29 hours per week
Hybrid — must be based in Chicago for in-person meetings and client content shoots
Typical Schedule: Primarily weekday business hours, with occasional after‑hours or weekend needs for posting schedules or client shoots
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $18/hour
What You'll Do: Content & Creative Support
Assist with content ideation aligned with client branding, trends, and platform best practices
Draft captions, overlays, moodboards, and simple shot list ideas
Edit basic video content in CapCut
Create and refine graphics
Organize content from shoots and maintain backend agency organization
Client Support & Account Coordination
Manage administrative needs for smaller client accounts, including scheduling content, leading meetings, client support and communication, and community engagement
Prepare weekly check‑ins and updates for clients
Join larger client meetings for support, note‑taking, and follow‑up documentation
Maintain client hubs, content calendars, and task lists
Draft basic emails and elevate important items to the necessary party
In‑Person Content Creation (Chicago‑Based)
Support photo and video shoots, helping capture all main content, BTS, and B‑roll
Ensure shot lists are followed and help prep shoot materials
Organize footage and assets post‑shoot
Social Media Operations
Schedule content across platforms using existing client calendars
Assist with analytics collection and basic reporting
Research weekly trends, platform updates, and new features
Help plan, prep, and organize content pipelines for multiple client accounts
Engage on client platforms and maintain community upkeep
Internal Responsibilities
Contribute to Duw Media’s own content, content creation, campaigns, and digital presence
Participate in creative meetings, general client conversations, and direction
Support the development of internal goals and agency growth initiatives
What You'll Bring
Must be based in Chicago with availability for on‑site client shoots
Passion for social media, digital marketing, and storytelling
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
Strong organizational and communication skills
Aesthetic‑driven eye for content — especially photo and short‑form video
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast‑paced workflow
Basic experience with video editing tools (CapCut preferred)
Reliable internet, personal computer, and smartphone

Experience with Canva
Experience with CapCut
Adobe Creative Suite familiarity (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator)
Previous experience running a social account
