will lead projects from strategy through execution, working closely with creative, research, and account teams to deliver high-impact marketing programs that reach diverse and underserved communities.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of experience, preferably within an agency setting and/or supporting healthcare or public health initiatives. This

excels at managing complex campaigns, developing insights-driven strategies, and guiding junior team members while maintaining strong client relationships.

Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of public health and awareness campaigns.

Conduct audience research using surveys, focus groups, and community insights.

Develop strategic approaches, messaging frameworks, and creative concepts.

Build paid media strategies across digital, out-of-home, point-of-sale, and community-based channels.

Oversee the production and deployment of high-volume creative assets.

Partner with creative teams on organic social content, website updates, and supporting materials.

Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and cross-functional workflows.

Ensure campaigns launch on schedule and meet quality standards.

Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to optimize results.

Prepare reporting, metrics, and insights for internal teams and clients.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout project lifecycles.

Mentor and guide junior team members; provide coaching on project needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners across strategy, creative, and account management.

Serve as a steady, organized presence on fast-moving, multi-stakeholder campaigns.

Marketing Manager Qualifications

5–7 years of marketing experience; agency background strongly preferred.

Experience supporting healthcare, public health, or government initiatives is a plus.

Strong campaign strategy, audience targeting, and integrated marketing skills.

Ability to manage large volumes of creative assets and complex project plans.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Comfort working with diverse communities across multiple cultural contexts.

Bilingual experience or familiarity with bilingual campaigns is a plus.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams and disciplines.

Marketing Manager Work Environment

Hybrid schedule: in office Monday–Thursday.

Salary: $85,000-$90,000 with medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401k offered.
