Senior Marketing Manager Job Summary

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and overseeing the development of marketing collateral. Additionally, you will manage a team of marketers, provide guidance, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.

Duties / Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business growth.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.

Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising materials.

Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track campaign performance to ensure ROI.

Lead and mentor a team of marketers, providing guidance, feedback, and support for their professional development.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Proven experience (5-7 years) in marketing, preferably in the retail industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving marketing objectives.

Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities to develop effective marketing plans and measure campaign success.

Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
