Sr. Brand & Product Marketing Manager - Digital Dental Workflow PRISMATIK DENTALCRAFT, INC.

Responsibilities

Execute brand and product marketing strategies, including market research, analysis, preparing materials, and evaluating budgets for assigned products or business entities.

Assist in preparing business plans, roadmaps, reports, and business intelligence for management and stakeholders to drive product development and marketing activities.

Drive revenue, profitability, and business growth measured by active users, new and restart users, share of wallet, and lifetime value objectives.

Formulate and review corporate short‑ and long‑range plans, goals, and objectives for specific products or product lines.

Perform project management activities to commercialize products, including market strategy, packaging, and brand positioning.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to execute approved plans and keep projects on track.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of new product development from scale‑up to launch, on time and to specification.

Provide monthly business reports covering performance versus forecast and progress on initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and train other team members.

Develop and implement brand marketing plans, launch and manage campaigns across various channels, and maintain brand messaging and claims documents.

Increase marketing communication effectiveness and minimize acquisition costs.

Develop customer‑facing content and digital journeys, and execute plans to drive awareness, engagement, and purchases.

Serve as subject‑matter expert on products and services, identifying gaps or opportunities in the product mix.

Demonstrate products and troubleshoot issues as a technical adviser.

Manage product road‑maps and assist in stage‑gate proposals and updates.

Lead development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer needs.

Support ongoing development of existing products, ensuring changes are reflected in documentation and communication.

Prioritize incoming product concepts, ideas, and initiatives, identifying new opportunities.

Prepare forecast models and report on key performance indicators monthly/quarterly/yearly.

Oversee planning and execution of brand events such as product launches, trade shows, and educational events.

Conduct competitive product analysis and market research to understand consumer behavior and professional audience preferences.

Apply consumer insights and market intelligence to link brand identity to the company and its products.

Gather and analyze consumer feedback to inform brand strategies and product improvements.

Track competitor activities and market trends to support brand decision‑making and strategy adjustments.

Monitor marketing expenses to ensure expenditures stay within budget and align with strategic priorities.

Report projected and realized ROI for new products and marketing initiatives, partnering with Finance.

Determine profitability and viability of new product enhancements.

Support quarterly and annual forecasting exercises with insights into macro and micro market trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Minimum eight (8) years of relevant marketing experience.

Strong expertise in brand strategy and brand building.

Experience in both upstream and downstream marketing.

Ability to manage and build programs from the ground up.

Previous dental background, required.

Compensation Pay Range: $98,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
