Job Overview
We are looking for qualified individuals to fill the dual roles of RME‑G Service Technician and RME‑G Designer. Both positions are critical to maintaining, repairing, designing, and supervising fire sprinkler systems across a variety of service lines.
Service Technician Responsibilities • Set quality and training standards for the service team.
• Sign‑off on fire sprinkler design layouts.
• Perform fire sprinkler repairs as needed.
• Supervise fire sprinkler service projects.
Designer Responsibilities • Assist in the design/layout of new and existing fire sprinkler systems, including add‑ons and changes.
• Generate build lists, order material, pull permits, attend turnover meetings, and provide full submittal packages.
Service Technician Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of service experience in wet, dry, pre‑action, and antifreeze systems.
• Experience with fire pump rebuilds and replacements.
• Current RME‑G certification for the State of Texas.
• TWIC Card, OSHA 30.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to contribute to a rapidly growing fire sprinkler business.
Designer Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience as a fire sprinkler designer.
• Experience with wet, dry, pre‑action, and antifreeze systems.
• Knowledge of water mist systems is a plus.
• Current RME‑G certification, OSHA 30.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to contribute to a rapidly growing fire sprinkler business.
