Digital Workplace Client Services (DWCS) provides the tools that enable and empower Citi's 250K staff to be productive, to collaborate effectively, and to eliminate repetitive work—also providing technology support and enabling the technology for Citi events, desktop upgrades, and the end‑user hardware lifecycle.

The mission of Digital Workplace Client Services is to provide simple‑to‑use services and exceptional workspace experiences that enable Citi's global workforce to gain maximum benefit from the technology and applications we use to serve our clients and operate our company.

Day to Day

Meet with internal Citi clients to help determine the production design of the program, including all elements such as talent, staging, music, voice‑over, graphics, videos, and inbound/outbound feeds.

Cross‑collaborate with all internal teams in the event support pipeline: ESPA, Conference Services, GEP, onsite tech teams. Create schedules; provide communication; establish deadlines and ensure tasks are covered.

Advise client as to options and best approaches for technical and creative elements of production; help create and/or source assets for show: graphics, video, set, music, pre‑recorded videos, audio scripts, etc. Provide client with quotes for external resources when appropriate.

Develop a production/tech show flow with cues for all elements of the program, with a deep understanding of the specific requirements for both in‑room and virtual audience experiences.

Event space setup and testing: Work onsite with technical crews and event support staff to make sure correct equipment and facilities are available for testing, dry runs, and event days.

Review staffing and crew to ensure correct people and positions are accounted for.

Secure freelancers to fill available spots when needed.

Order via rental house any additional requests that are not normally part of package: set, furniture, additional microphones, cameras, etc.

Supervise onsite load in and set up of all elements needed.

Brief onsite director and crew as to the roles and specifics of that particular production.

Rehearse run of show cues with director and crew; review all technical elements.

Work and rehearse with talent to get them comfortable; review cues, stage direction, speaker notes, etc.; adapt existing setups and materials as they require.

Event day: onsite liaison between client and technical crew. Manage show flow. Supervise director and/or call show cues as appropriate. Monitor livestream transmission and virtual participation from event control room.

Post show: report viewer metrics; facilitate post‑show deliverables: recordings, edits, etc.; debrief crew and create action plan to deal with any issues; follow up with clients to ensure expectations were met.

Qualification

5+ years of onsite and hybrid multimedia event production

SME on creative and technical aspects of multimedia production and livestreaming

Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, both written and oral

Self‑starter, extremely organized and detailed‑oriented with strong commitment to accuracy

Ability to multi‑task and manage priorities calmly and effectively

Good judgment and problem‑solving skills

Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters

Ability to work both independently and as a team player

Availability to travel to execute domestic and international events a plus

Exceptional follow‑up and follow‑through skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Jira or similar project tracking tools; EMS, ScheduAll or similar facilities booking tools. Adobe Creative Suite and ShoFlo experience a plus

Education

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $109,120.00 - $163,680.00
