Senior Manager, Digital Marketing This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on management to optimize campaign performance, strengthen our digital presence, and deliver measurable business impact. The ideal candidate brings both analytical rigor and creative vision capable of developing multi‑channel programs and leading data‑driven decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Execution
Develop and manage integrated digital campaigns to support lead generation, nurturing, and retention.
Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences through HubSpot or Mailchimp.
Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid search and social advertising strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation goals.
Manage and schedule content across social media platforms; monitor engagement and performance.
Lead website strategy and oversee content updates, landing page development, and UX improvements in WordPress.
Collaborate with content, design, and development partners to ensure the website supports broader marketing and business goals.
Implement SEO and conversion optimization best practices to increase qualified traffic and lead conversion.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Own digital analytics and reporting across GA4, HubSpot, and social platforms.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve lead quality, engagement, and ROI.
Establish KPIs and benchmarks; continuously test and refine messaging, targeting, and creative based on performance data.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Leadership
Partner closely with the Director of Content to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across campaigns, content, and brand voice.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and optimize digital assets that drive conversions throughout the sales funnel.
Ensure all digital programs adhere to brand, privacy, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other services.
Proven track record in developing and executing multi‑channel digital campaigns that drive measurable business results.
Advanced experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platform), GA4, and WordPress.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) and social management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Orca) is a plus.
Experience managing or mentoring marketing team members and external partners and agencies.
