Position Summary The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for growing OmniStarr’s healthcare staffing partnerships by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with home health agencies, hospital referral networks, adult foster care organizations, GAFC programs, rehab centers, and clinics. This role requires strong networking skills, a solid understanding of the healthcare space, and the ability to convert connections into long-term staffing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Partnerships
Identify and onboard new clients including home health agencies, hospital departments, discharge planners, adult foster care (AFC) agencies, GAFC programs, rehab centers, behavioral health facilities, long‑term care facilities, and clinics.
Leverage existing hospital and healthcare connections to refer staffing requirements to OmniStarr.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing staffing demand.
Conduct outreach, relationship‑building visits, and follow‑up meetings with potential clients.
Collaborate with leadership to build tailored staffing solutions for each client type.
Develop strategic partnerships and referral pipelines to strengthen the OmniStarr brand.
Marketing & Brand Growth
Represent OMNISTARR at industry networking events, healthcare expos, conferences, and community outreach events.
Build brand presence by engaging with healthcare stakeholders, care managers, social workers, administrators, and HR teams.
Identify promotional opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility.
Work with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and outreach campaigns.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition.
Drive revenue by converting partnership leads into active staffing agreements.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in the healthcare staffing landscape.
Track all business development activity using CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients until the handoff to the operations/recruiting teams.
Understand each client’s staffing needs, pain points, and operational workflows.
Ensure high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling services.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).
2–5 years of experience in business development, healthcare staffing, home health, or healthcare marketing.
Strong existing network in hospitals, home health agencies, AFC/GAFC programs, or healthcare facilities.
Proven track record of meeting sales or partnership goals.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to travel locally for meetings and events.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or agency sales.
Knowledge of state healthcare programs such as MassHealth, GAFC/AFC, and community‑based healthcare models.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
