ACG Denver Membership and Marketing Manager
Salary Range : $65,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Reports to : Executive Director, ACG Denver
Position Summary
ACG Denver seeks a dynamic and service-oriented Membership and Marketing Manager to lead efforts in member engagement, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual who thrives on the excitement of building community through live events and member engagement programs. They are a highly organized self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and effectively juggle competing priorities.
This role places a strong emphasis on membership by implementing strategies that strengthen member retention, expand membership base, and support chapter financial goals through increased engagement and sponsorship opportunities. In addition, the Manager will support marketing efforts to promote chapter events and programs, ensuring consistent branding and effective communication across channels. The Membership and Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Event Manager to enhance the member journey and elevate ACG Denver’s visibility and impact in the middle-market business community.
Primary Responsibilities Membership Development (65%)
Serve as primary liaison for member onboarding and engagement efforts, including converting event attendees into members and gathering feedback to enhance the overall experience.
Develop and implement membership growth and retention strategies to meet revenue goals, using data analytics and engagement trends to inform decisions.
Maintain accurate membership data in the AMS and collaborate with ACG Global on technology enhancements to improve member experience.
Provide leadership and operational support for chapter committees to ensure alignment with strategic goals and member engagement objectives.
Marketing & Communications (25%)
Leverage data analytics and reporting to identify trends, measure engagement, and inform strategies that drive membership growth, retention, and program effectiveness.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including email, social media, newsletters, and targeted communications to drive engagement and growth while ensuring brand consistency across all digital and print materials in alignment with ACG Global standards.
Maintain and update the chapter website with current events, news, and member resources to support engagement and visibility.
Administrative & Event Support (10%)
Manage sponsor brand engagement benefits and event branding materials.
Assist with budget tracking and reporting in collaboration with the Executive Director.
Provide administrative support to the ACG Denver Advisory Board of Directors, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking and distributing minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
Ensure consistent and professional execution of digital and on‑site branding for ACG Denver and its sponsors.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in membership management, digital marketing, and volunteer coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Experience managing committees and leading volunteer teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), social networking applications, web‑publishing systems, AMS or CRM software applications.
Ability to travel locally (2‑4 times/month) and occasionally out-of-state (1–2 times/year).
