We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workfront Lead to join our growing Marketing Transformation team. In this strategic role you will design, implement, integrate and optimize Adobe Workfront and Fusion solutions for top‑tier organizations. You will serve as the primary technical and business authority for Workfront, lead the Content Supply Chain perspective and advise C‑suite executives on transformation strategies. Your Key Responsibilities
Define, design and implement scalable Workfront solutions to support enterprise‑level workflow management. Leverage leading practice methods and techniques to design Workfront solutions. Design and manage integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems using Workfront Fusion or other middleware. Leverage APIs and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance user experience. Establish configuration and implementation standards for Workfront. Define and refine the estimating framework for Workfront projects. Provide thought leadership on AI capabilities within Workfront solutions. Lead Workfront sales processes, manage pipelines and serve as pursuit leader for key pursuits. Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value creation and driving new business initiatives. Lead cross‑functional teams and oversee seamless execution of marketing transformation initiatives. Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation. Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, customer experience, marketing technologies and AI. Skills and Attributes for Success
Leading engagement delivery and program/project management. Regular travel as needed by external clients. Managing client relationships and engaging in daily interactions. Leading client engagements from planning to execution and closure. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year degree); Master’s degree preferred. Typically 8‑10 years of relevant Workfront implementation experience. Demonstrated expertise in at least 2‑3 specialties: Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Adobe Firefly. Strong knowledge of B2B or2C marketing practices, processes and technologies. Experience in technology, telecom, media/entertainment or consumer products/retail industry. Significant people management experience with leading project teams. Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle. Willingness and ability to travel 50‑80% domestically and internationally; valid passport and US driver’s license required. Business Skills
