Studio+ Workfront Solution Architect Senior Manager
Location: Anywhere in the United States (Remote Teams Welcome)
At EY, we empower clients to transform and thrive in an ever‑evolving world. We’re looking for a highly skilled senior leader to spearhead the design, deployment, and optimization of Adobe Workfront and Fusion solutions across marketing and content supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
Define, design, and implement scalable Workfront solutions that support enterprise‑level workflow management.
Lead the design of integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems, leveraging Workfront Fusion or other middleware.
Utilize APIs and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
Establish and enforce standards for Workfront configuration and implementation.
Develop and refine estimating frameworks for Workfront projects.
Provide thought leadership on AI capabilities as part of the Workfront solution suite.
Drive Workfront sales processes, including pipeline management and pursuit leadership.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value creation.
Lead cross‑functional teams and oversee seamless execution of marketing transformation initiatives.
Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, customer experience, marketing technologies, and AI.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). Fields: Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related.
8–10 years of experience in Workfront implementation.
Proven expertise in at least 2–3 specialties such as Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Adobe Firefly.
Deep knowledge of B2B/B2C marketing best practices and technologies.
Experience leading marketing or customer‑driven transformation projects in technology, telecom, media, or consumer sectors.
Significant people‑management experience with direct reports.
Ability to support business development throughout the sales lifecycle.
Valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness to travel 50–80% domestically and internationally.
