About the Role:

We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel acquisition and engagement efforts. You’ll build and execute campaigns across digital, events, referrals, and paid media to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Develop and run integrated growth marketing campaigns across email, events, paid media, content, and referral channels.

Partner with sales & marketing to deliver targeted programs that generate qualified leads and opportunities.

Build and optimize landing pages, automation workflows, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.

Manage marketing budgets and identify/test new channels to maximize ROI.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver weekly/monthly reporting.

Travel for conferences, events, and partner activities.

Manage third-party vendors (design, content, events, etc.) to support campaign execution.

Strengthen relationships with integration and channel partners to grow referral sources.

Work directly with business leaders and maintain clear communication with marketing and revenue leadership.

Quickly escalation marketing issues/risks and contribute to a transparent, collaborative team culture.

Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years managing multi-channel growth marketing campaigns (email, events, paid ads, content, referrals).

Strong analytical mindset with experience presenting data-driven insights.

Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager.

Experience building landing pages and updating website content (WordPress preferred).

Proficiency with GA4, HubSpot (or similar), CRM systems, lead scoring, and lead nurturing.

SaaS experience, ideally within early or mid‑stage startups.

Experience working remotely and collaborating cross‑functionally.

Experience in partner/channel marketing.

Bonus: Familiarity with accounting firms or engineering consultancies.

Strong project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Collaborative, self‑motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently.
