We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth through integrated, data‑driven marketing campaigns. The role is ideal for a hands‑on growth marketer who thrives in SaaS, enjoys experimenting across channels, and partners closely with Sales to turn demand into revenue.
This candidate must live in Birmingham, AL or close by. What you'll do
Own and execute integrated growth campaigns across webinars, email, paid ads, content, referrals, and events
Partner with Sales to drive qualified leads, opportunities, and revenue
Build and optimize landing pages, lead nurture flows, and marketing automation (HubSpot)
Manage paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) with a strong focus on ROI
Use data and analytics to test, learn, and continuously improve performance
Report on growth metrics and campaign results to leadership
Support partner and referral marketing initiatives
Travel occasionally for conferences and in‑person events

Requirements
3+ years of growth or demand marketing experience (SaaS preferred)
Strong experience with HubSpot, paid media, and analytics
Comfortable building campaigns end‑to‑end and working cross‑functionally
Data‑driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Nice to have
Partner or channel marketing experience
Familiarity with accounting, engineering, or professional services firms
