Marketing Director
to lead high‑visibility TV, billboard, and digital campaigns.
Law firm or professional services marketing experience
is required. They’re looking for someone with ownership mentality to elevate their brand.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and expand the internal marketing team while collaborating with external partners (agencies, copywriters, etc.).
Analyze key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to deliver market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer insights.
Translate data into actionable strategies that improve performance and guide team direction.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies across TV, billboard, digital, and other platforms to ensure brand consistency.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets across all channels to maximize ROI.
Identify short‑ and long‑term resource, scheduling, and budget needs; develop and manage the overall marketing budget.
Research competitors and industry trends to recommend improvements and new opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Proven success in senior‑level marketing roles with experience creating and executing marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
Deep experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and optimize budgets.
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
Location: Birmingham, AL.
