In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that inspire beauty discovery. This individual is responsible for developing and executing high-impact omni-channel marketing campaigns that bring the Ulta Beauty brand and categories to life. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders across Category Marketing, Creative, Media, PR & Social and other key teams to translate business priorities into compelling, insight-driven storytelling that drives guest engagement and delivers measurable business results. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong collaboration and operational excellence to lead integrated work that connects with our guests, supports category health and advances enterprise growth priorities.

You'll Accomplish These Goals By

Partner with the Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing to develop and execute omni-channel campaigns that align to enterprise, brand and category priorities

Shape briefs, messaging strategies, product focuses and go-to-market plans that deliver against business objectives

Support the translation of brand and category priorities into integrated marketing plans, ensuring alignment across channels and partners to deliver long-term brand building and short-term results

Leverage data, insights and performance analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, inform future strategy and continuously optimize execution

Champion collaboration across Creative, Media, PR, Social, Influencer Relations and other internal partners, ensuring all campaign touchpoints are cohesive and insight-led

Manage campaign planning, timelines and deliverables, anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery

Stay attuned to industry, consumer and cultural trends, using insights to influence creative storytelling, enhance innovation and strengthen the brand’s cultural relevance

Foster a collaborative work environment and partner across teams to ensure coordination and cohesive strategies while empowering individual team ownership

The Essentials Of Success

6+ years brand marketing experience; consumer facing marketing experience preferred.

Proven track record supporting 360° campaigns that drove measurable business and brand results

A big picture strategic thinker with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into marketing strategies, as well as an organized "doer," with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action

Demonstrated ability to turn insights into action and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative and adaptable team player with a proactive, “solution-first” mindset

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal

Passion for brand storytelling, innovation, and connecting with consumers through compelling, culturally relevant campaigns

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields; MBA or MA preferred.

Travel may be required.

The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $120,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full‑time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part‑time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
