Own demand generation across social, paid, web, email, and ABM campaigns; deliver a 25% YoY increase in Marketing Qualified Leads. Improve lead‑to‑opportunity conversion rates by 15%+ through aligned messaging. Partner with Sales to ensure 70–80% of leads progress to meaningful conversations. Create high‑impact presentation decks, playbooks, case studies, and sales tools to improve close rates by 10–15%. Launch digital content libraries and training programs that shorten sales ramp‑up time by 20%. Measure usage and effectiveness of enablement assets with Sales leadership. Conferences & Events

Drive presence at industry conferences; target 20–30% lead growth per event. Develop lead capture and follow‑up systems; 80%+ of event leads engaged post‑event. Track and optimize event ROI; target 3–5x return on spend. Content & Messaging

Ensure differentiated messaging aligned to verticals. Create compelling content strategy to fuel nurture funnels. Manage marketing budget for strong ROI across campaigns. Contribute to company strategy with customer and market insights gained through campaigns, sales collaboration, and conferences. Qualifications

8+ years in B2B marketing leadership; ideally in contingent labor, staffing, or professional services. Proven track record of measurable results: pipeline contribution, lead conversion, sales cycle reduction. Strong grasp of funnel analytics, lead scoring, attribution models. Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; experience in MS Dynamics and HubSpot is a plus. Experience executing ABM campaigns and aligning with sales on target accounts.
