Job Summary
We are seeking a
UX Designer
to join a team focused on transforming complex,
technical workflows
into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. This is an
onsite
role in Spring, TX, and requires local candidates who are
US Citizens or Green Card holders . The designer will translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, collaborating extensively with UX researchers, developers, and stakeholders. A strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and impactful user experiences in an Agile environment is required.
Key Responsibilities
Design Solutions:
Design user-centered solutions that improve productivity and
simplify complex, technical workflows .
Design Execution:
Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with UX researchers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with user needs.
Standards & Practices:
Contribute to the development and evolution of the team’s design language and standards. Advocate for design best practices and human-centered design principles.
Agile Environment:
Participate in design critiques and work effectively in
Agile environments
with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience in UX design , including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Strong portfolio
demonstrating problem-solving and design thinking.
Experience working in
Agile environments .
Willingness to work
onsite
at the Spring, TX campus.
