Position Overview
We’re hiring a Full-Time Social Media Marketing Specialist (W-2) to join our growing digital marketing team.
This role is a key contributor to our brand visibility and growth across multiple platforms, reporting directly to our Digital Content & Influencer Manager.
We’re looking for a creator who thrives in the fast-moving world of short-form video, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate can manage multiple accounts, develop unique voices and content series for each, and create content that aligns with a luxury brand identity while supporting influencer, PR, and event initiatives that drive meaningful results.
Accounts You’ll Manage
Directly oversee day‑to‑day content creation and posting for four social media accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned Instagram and TikTok accounts with a focus on short‑form video strategy.
Create and post daily Instagram stories and feed content tailored to each provider’s account.
Develop, film, edit, and batch high‑performing Reels and TikToks using current trends, hooks, and storytelling strategies.
Develop unique voices and content series for each account to ensure differentiation and brand authenticity.
Execute SEO‑driven content strategies to improve visibility in AI search (TikTok SEO, Instagram keywords, etc.).
Support campaign rollouts with original, branded content tied to launches, promotions, and events.
Assist with influencer and collaboration efforts, including on‑site content creation, supporting influencer shoots, monitoring deliverables, and reporting results.
Support PR efforts and events by creating coverage content and capturing real‑time stories/Reels.
Monitor and engage with followers across accounts to encourage connection and growth.
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and new content formats.
Assist with on‑site filming at our Draper, Layton, and Heber locations.
Contribute to team projects or other tasks as requested, supporting overall marketing and organizational success.
Qualifications Required
Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts (Instagram + TikTok required).
Strong portfolio or examples of successful Reels/TikToks (please include with application).
Expertise in short‑form content creation, trends, and social media storytelling.
Strong sense of branding, tone, and visual aesthetics.
Skilled in mobile video editing tools (e.g., Edits, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush).
Ability to juggle multiple accounts, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with influencer marketing, PR, and event promotion strategies.
Preferred
Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
Experience in healthcare or aesthetics marketing is highly valued.

Compensation
Competitive hourly position with an annual salary range of $45,000 – $54,000, based on experience and skills. Opportunities for growth and professional development are included.
