Position Overview

At Burdlife Jewelry, we redefine luxury with high-quality, unique designs that inspire individuality. As we grow our digital presence, we’re building a passionate and creative social media team to elevate our brand and connect with a vibrant community. We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage the end-to-end social media strategy—focusing on content creation, community engagement, influencer collaboration, and performance tracking—to drive brand visibility and audience growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visually stunning short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Pinterest Idea Pins) and social media graphics.
  • Build a content library of brand assets including product shots, customer testimonials, and lifestyle images.
  • Develop a 30-day rolling content calendar with 4-5 posts per platform each week.
  • Repurpose user-generated content (UGC) to align with the brand’s aesthetics.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to DMs, comments, and inquiries.
  • Engage followers with interactive features such as polls, Q&A, and quizzes.
  • Collaborate with influencers for product seeding and increased reach.
  • Track social media KPIs including engagement rate, impressions, clicks, and follower growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly reports.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
  • Analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Exceptional creativity, communication, and project management abilities.
