What You Will Do

Lead paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms to drive lead generation and meet CPL/CAC goals

Manage full-funnel performance by aligning creative, landing pages, and nurture workflows for conversion

Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Compliance, Marketing) to align campaign execution and lead flow

Test and scale new channels, platforms, and campaign types to reach new audiences efficiently

Oversee CRO strategies and A/B testing for ads, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in paid digital media with a strong focus on performance and lead generation

Familiarity with key platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, and landing page builders (e.g., UnBounce)

Experience with email/SMS engagement tools (e.g., Twilio, Sakari)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
