You will serve as the crucial connection point between the product teams, sales/account management, and the customer, ensuring the voice of the customer is represented in all launches and materials. This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration and a high degree of ownership.

Responsibilities

Own the GTM process: create, manage, and maintain go‑to‑market project plans and asset creation; maintain asset libraries, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly communicated across the organization for your suite of products.

Proactively lead collaboration with global marketing teams on content, events, demand generation, design, and insights to build excitement and deepen product understanding across all channels.

Coordinate market research with Product to identify customer needs and trends; collaborate across the organization on Competitive Intelligence, assets, and training.

Manage the customer training platform, collaborating with commercial teams to develop new video and written content and track engagement and satisfaction KPIs to optimize training effectiveness.

Work closely with the Director and Product teams to define the product messaging & positioning strategy for your suite of products and services, creating clear value stories for Profitero+ across both sales tactics (e.g., sales collateral, social, events) and product messaging (e.g., product emails, in‑app messaging).

Drive GTM launch execution, including overall strategy, messaging, internal training/communications; responsible for post‑launch optimization and creation of case studies.

Contribute to the core company story for your suite of products, including higher level pitch decks, videos, web content, and other broad customer‑facing assets.

Partner and collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Managers to influence product developments, roadmaps, critical changes, user personas, and strategic customer research.

Act as the primary communication link, proactively sharing decisions, timelines, blockers, and progress on key initiatives to ensure alignment and transparency with leadership.

Support Partner Marketing efforts with external companies to coordinate co‑marketing initiatives for your product line, including partnered social posts and promotional opportunities.
