We’re looking for a Senior Director of Brand to help lead the next evolution of how the company shows up in the world. This is not a role for people who are comfortable only making decks about a brand. It’s for someone who wants to build on that—every day, through ideas, storytelling, and action.

What You’ll Do

Elevate and evolve the brand from a static identity into a living, adaptive system that generates campaigns, guides product experiences, and inspires creative ideas across every channel.

Transform a brand & creative team from an exclusive in‑house studio into a cultural and creative leader within the company.

Build connective tissue across Brand, Communications, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and other teams to ensure coherence in how the company shows up across all touchpoints.

Develop bold, culturally relevant creative work that builds distinction, drives participation, and strengthens trust.

Create frameworks and rituals that help teams move fast and produce meaningful work that matters.

What We’re Looking For

15+ years of experience leading brand transformations at scale—either in‑house or agency—and ability to build teams that ship work with cultural and commercial impact.

Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, copy, and brand expression.

A builder mindset—inventing brand‑building models rather than relying on traditional ones.

Deep understanding of how brand connects with culture, communication, and business outcomes.

Exceptional creative instincts, clarity in thinking, and strong communication skills.

Expertise in measurement and next‑generation products and tools that can accelerate the work across the team.

Passion for the company’s mission and belief that credit can work for people, not against them.

Pay & Benefits Pay Grade: U

Equity Grade: 15

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).

USA base pay range – CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT: $285,000–$355,000 per year.

USA base pay range – Other U.S. states: $253,000–$323,000 per year.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
