As the brand continues to expand, we are seeking a creative, analytical, and proactive Organic Social Media Manager to elevate our storytelling and grow our global digital community
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Organic Social Media Manager will lead the brand's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms, owning organic strategy, content creation, community engagement, and brand narrative
This is an ideal role for someone who moves quickly, thinks strategically, and thrives in creating content that feels authentic, human, and aligned with a product-driven, design-focused consumer brand. This role directly shapes how millions of customers connect with and fall in love with the products
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, and Customer Experience teams to ensure all storytelling aligns with broader campaigns
Own the monthly organic content calendar across all platforms
Monitor cultural, creator, and platform trends to quickly ideate and publish timely content
Produce platform-specific content—including short-form videos, lifestyle moments, product highlights, UGC remixes, and trend-driven posts
Maintain a strong and consistent brand voice and visual identity
Develop new concepts that highlight the brand's innovations, portability, and lifestyle applications
Manage TikTok and TikTok Shop presence
Build and manage relationships with influencers and micro-creators to strengthen awareness and organic reach
Community Growth & Engagement
Oversee daily posting, commenting, and community interactions
Foster meaningful conversations with customers and fans
Identify brand advocates and amplify UGC
Engage in relevant online communities and stay active in evolving trends
Analytics & Optimization
Track KPIs, including reach, engagement rates, follower growth, saves, shares, watch-time, revenue contribution, and site/Amazon traffic
Translate performance data into actionable insights that inform overall marketing direction and support conversion and retention goals
Continuously refine strategies based on daily, weekly, and monthly results
Monitor competitor activity and category trends
Creative Production
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align on campaigns and product launches
Coordinate with influencers and micro-creators for organic partnership content
Work with the VP of Marketing and Content Manager to produce product clips, lifestyle videos, behind-the-scenes features, and brand storytelling content
Brand Building
Bring the brand's mission—innovative, accessible, everyday design—to life through content
Maintain consistency with branding, messaging, and product claims
Ensure all content aligns with IP/trademark guidelines and brand standards
QUALIFICATIONS: Required:
At least 3–6 years of experience in organic social media management (brand or agency)
Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices
Proven track record of organic account growth
Excellent writing and communication skills
Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Metricool, Later, Hootsuite, Shopify, Slack, Google Drive, Sprout, or similar platforms
Preferred:
Experience with lifestyle or consumer brands, especially DTC or Amazon-first businesses
Background in product-focused storytelling or UGC-style content
Basic photography skills; comfortable appearing on camera (optional)
Familiarity with accessories, eyewear, or design-forward brands
Creative, bold, and highly trend-aware
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Fast execution with high attention to detail
Able to balance data insights with creative intuition
Passionate about design, innovation, and consumer experience
Strong sense of visual clarity, simplicity, and modern brand communication
